The Law Offices of Lynn W. Martin is located in downtown Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida but also serves Clay, St. Johns, Nassau and other surrounding counties in Florida. It also serves most counties in southern Georgia. The office has normal business hours but provides a 24-hour pager service, and will attend first appearances on weekends.

Lynn W. Martin is one of only a small number of Northeast Florida lawyers who practices in both Florida and Georgia. She has been practicing for over four years in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, medical negligence, and other torts, and most areas of family law matters.

Ms. Martin has handled numerous complex criminal cases including the defense of allegations of child sexual abuse/sex abuse, and has assisted in and second-chaired first degree murder case. Additionally, she has handled and won numerous complex heavily litigated divorce and child custody matters, including child support and paternity cases.
